I've come down with th flu since Saturday.. On Saturday itself i woke up with my throat BURNING and felt scorching dry.. and mucus dripping from my sinus down the back of the throat made it worse.. i could hardly talk and just stayed at home eating bread and soup. Yesterday I was much better after some rest and a lot of fluids.

I may be a bit late for it but I just went to the doctor this evening and was prescibed a smorgasbord of medication. Tablets for my sore throat and cold, antibiotics, some lozenges to suck, cough syrup and antacids for my on-going gastro reflux saga..

Oh and by the way I just came back to Ipoh today, for an indefinite amount of time.
