Yay. It finally came back from service today, for TWO weeks. And the guy whom I picked it up from didn't even know what was done to it cos it was sent down to KL and nothing was mentioned in the report. Oh well. Sometime earlier in the week when I called to ask I was told it had a motherboard swap and they had to order that from Singapore. Whatever the story is I'm happy to get it back.
