It's been a while since the last post about my dad's condition. He's been recovering very well and besides a small, superficial abcess that appeared at the incision wound, there has been no problems.

However, most probably next week he'll be starting his follow up treatment — chemo-radiotherapy. While not exactly necessary as the entire tumor was removed, it was highly recommended by the surgeon, Dr. Maha, as a preventive measure in case there are anymore cancerous cells in the system which would be too small to detect at this moment.

So far dad has seen 4 different oncologists, all with various treatment proposals. I believe he's about to go for the treatment at Subang Medical Center.
